Mozambiquehere.1302
I received an email about password resetting though I didn't request it and now my password has been changed and I can no longer log in to my account. I have submitted the ticket but whos knows how long it takes to get a response, and since we don't have online chat function which is very common nowadays I believe this forum is probably the best place to ask for help

But he said his pass got actually reset,so doesn't that mean that someone might have acces to his mail account connected to guild wars ? to be sure,i'd change all the important passwords you have, and get 2 factor on All of it if possible. These things don't just happen. You must have a keylogger on your computer, in which case you should read up on proper OS configuration and how to secure your system, or you entered the data on a fraudulent third-party website. Check for viruses etc, clean and secure your system properly (OS and browser configuration, antivirus, firewall settings), change all your passwords (including that of your e-mail account), and _then_ you may rejoice. ;)
