Turkeyspit.3965 Posted June 3, 2019 Share Posted June 3, 2019 In case any new or prospective buyers of the skyscale are wondering "what will it be good for", I used it the other day for the 1st time at the Casino Blitz event, and oh wow it is the perfect mount to maximize your coins. I think I've done the event maybe 4 times in the past, so I don't really know where all the coins are, yet I easily managed 32-34 per round. Not having to swap from griffon to bunny (which in some areas, you struggle with because of attacking mobs) is a big time saver, and you also have way more accurate movement with the skyscale vs. springer jumps. At the onset I was skeptical about how much use I would see from this mount, but I find the more situations I experiment with it in, the more places I find its unique mechanics to be very helpful. :+1: The collection is still kitten, blah blah blah, I've shared my thoughts on this issue a plenty. I've made multiple statements about the Skyscale being a sort of slow Jack of all trades and I still stand by them. But it does excell at diagonal movement pretty well. Springer gets you higher faster and Raptor gets you further faster but Skyscale will cover everything inbetween very well which makes it exceptionally good at certain things such as the Casino Coins event which I too recently found it was fantastic for :) Specially if you utalize it's dash ability well ^^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They have uses and just because you dont care about it doesn't make it worthless. You also get amalgamated gemstones from this super easy meta. All this event needs now is having some daily purchases other than the boxes of gear. Maybe a mystic coin for 200 coins or something like that.
