LA was a mess of a town. I have no wish to see it return. Plus it would make no sense to do so from a lore perspective. LA gets more defensive every time it is attacked. If a Dragon were to attack LA (unlikely), a rebuilt LA made of wood would be the stupidest decision the builders could come up with. Like or loathe new LA, it’s design reflects a different world and people to the old pirate shanty town. The boats are gone, long live Disney Lobster Land.
