would rather keep the swiftness so long as speed rune is in the game tbh

 

How about we remove soul marks and put it to staff baseline and give ourselves a new trait in its slot in general lol

This trait is very strong how it is with all the removal. I wouldn't change a bit from core right now is a very strong spec in WvW and PvP.

 

If you really really need the super speed use Superior Rune of the Zephyrite with any of the multiple fields the necro has and Death's Charge. For example: Executioner's Scythe followed of Death's Charge. There you got your 4 seconds superspeed.

Even though I don't use rune of speed but 10 sec of Swiftness is worth it. 4 sec superspeed is not long enough.
