At least one of the effects will most likely have something with Cantrips, considering that most of the Elite Spec runes offered some buff to their respective skill tree. DD was an in your face type of player, and got a mix of power and toughness, and a critical hit. My wild guess would be something like this. Couldn't happen. Runes have to be fully usable by multiple classes, and Deadeye is the only one that can kneel (and most likely the only one that ever will). That's why Superior Rune of the Engineer works off of "bundles" instead of Kits, for example. A damage bonus for being outside 600 range would have worked, though.
