Psycoprophet.8107 Posted March 5, 2020 Share Posted March 5, 2020 Imo rangers and slb are completely fine as are most pets. Gazelle are another story, the cc's while pets hitting 5k is not fine. Tazer.2157 Posted March 5, 2020 Share Posted March 5, 2020 I really think Anet needs to add the player's pvp rank in the forum. Something like WoW does with the armory. This way we can actually determine if the people complaining are either bad at the game or if a class actually needs a nerf/buff. I have never felt that a soulbeast or a ranger is strong. Killing the pet hard shuts down core and it's pretty useless when we don't have los and room to kite because we're so squishy. Weakness, blind, projectile denial, and boon strip are all extremely effective against rangers. In conquest it hasn't been one of the stronger side noders anyways. In fact, nothing is balanced right now, that was the point. The balancing will be happening gradually, as you just saw changes to some elite specs, more will be forth coming. Just get used to playing an unfinished and imbalanced game mode for at least a few more weeks or months. The big update weeks back was ANET just burning down all the trees so they could see the forest clearly, now they will see what needs trimming and what needs fertilizer.
