Tbh, i prefer to be in her squad rather than to be on other organized squads on discord with their commanders yelling and cursing like it's everyone's fault but him when a fight is lost. PS. I don't get it why people are still commanding on Chronos and demand this and that and when they get focused, they scream like a madman not expecting to get downed on such a class that has very poor cleansing and stability.

The ones the commander gives. They have 4 varieties Healing, Condi, Power, Celestial. I mostly use Healing because I main Firebrand.

Nothing beats a Firebrand, although this is best used when your squad is organized. Scrappers comes in second place.

I hope anet sees this thread and fix what needs to be fixed. *sighs*

I saw someone on Map Chat complained about DE while she was running a pew pew ranger build with LB. Told her to toughen up her build and drop the longbow. I see a lot more newbies coming in to WvW. That's good, although it may take some time for them to change their build until they get owned several times. Most thieves will just run away after they figured out they can't down you in 1 to 2 hits unless they really want to spend time dueling you.

You can just pop condi cleanse and move out of it and as a minstrel FB, you are better off sticking with a squad rather than getting caught by a ranger's Entangle. I can get out of it just by using Healing Spring on my ranger, I'm sure a condi cleanse will work with a FB as well.

Some BG guild sending out spies/trolls to activate tactics and give out zerg location and plan. I hope there's a bigger punishments for these kinds of players.

This is a good suggestion. I hope there's a way for pure support classes to be able to tag enemies that are being attacked by allies that you are healing or providing boons so we can also get the same amount of loot. I still love my golden firebrand but it sometimes feels like a thankless job bringing him to the squad. We seldom get credit and people blame us all the time when they die or when they didn't have stab as if we do not have any cooldown.

Have you ever been to SoS? Like legit transferred here or to their linked server? Guilds here are welcoming and friendly to WvW'ers, that's why most people transfer to their relinked server to fight with them. There is actually a commander here that gives out warning to members who display bad manners like throwing siege to a dead enemy or jumping repetitively on their dead body. Have fun being stuck to lower tier for being so exclusive while enemy rangers kill your necros like there's no tomorrow. Lol Off-topic: Say hi to Dark Jean for me if she still commands for Devona's Rest. It was a lot of fun being one of her co-commanders before with her guild.

If you can't accept my ranger on your squad, don't expect any support from my FB as well. For a server to be powerful, it has to be friendly towards WvW players, be it a veteran or a newbie. If they want help, you help them, if they want to play a certain class let them, they will know eventually what works for them best.

Closed squads are there because they are too selfish to share their boons/stab while non-members practically can share their boons to them. Their commanders will spam on chat to follow them so they can get supply and once they get wiped they'll start crying on chat. They are the most annoying groups in WvW. Once I get to a server plagued with these kinds of squads, I transfer immediately.

Take a different server like FA, they have one of the highest PPk% at 27% right now (NA that is, not sure on EU) . That's an entirely different playstyle. They focus on fighting/PPK and with potentially smaller numbers rely on their comp more. Still nothing wrong with that either, they enjoy fighting. However if they are gonna catch flak for their playstyle, have people hinder their fun well why not private/close tag/require comms? That is their choice, just as it is your choice to bring a character that doesn't offer anything to their group synergy/playstyle and not work together or support/encourage them. FA, has the worst guilds when it comes to open-field fights. They are one of the most boring servers to fight. Btw, I main Firebrand most of the time, but since the squad I am currently enjoying running with, has a scattered style of attacking the enemy, bunker shortbow ranger is possibly the best to bring.

I usually play with a pug squad in SoS, and let me tell you this, we have been defeating enemies coordinated guilds over and over. This squad doesn't even require their members to run meta classes. Somethimes, I play on my spirit ranger and they don't give a s*** as long as I can deliver. They don't have any complaints and I don't have one myself. And this squad doesn't move like a school of fish that ordinary squad does. We attack from all sides of the enemy zerg.
