No, PvP never should be added to the open PvE world.

PvP has its place in wvw and the mists.

It might seem like a sad perspective, but it also holds much truth in it. Have you never noticed how much all kinds of trolls/griefers/liars/scammers there are around? Or people that just enjoy picking a fight with anyone without a reason? They are the type of people who just enjoy being them evil douchbags to everyone around them. Those people excist everywhere, in real too but not as many as in games and internet in general. Anonyminity is one big cause for this. Anonymity can bring the worse out of people because they know that they can do and say ANYTHING without having to face any kind of consequences.

I do not use anything flashy on my characters and would be happy if I could turn them off on others too.

I would not like to have GvG. It would put so much pressure on the guilds and make only full hardcore 500 person guilds viable.

Festival metas are supposed to be doable for everyone. Achievement can be hard OR it can be required for meta, but it cannot be both.

I am also kinda disappointed that I cannot get the annual 50 AP meta achievement done ever now because it needs this 1 min race or the clock tower and I cannot do either one of them. Oh well, have to live without that extra 50 ap per year which also means that might as well skip every other annual achie too. That leaves only dailies to do every halloween.

Same thing, seems to be a regular thing every LS patch day now.

I see no harm in adding an option to hide it if someone wants to.

Also adding textures to it to show what ever item is selected would be nice too :)

Remember that you can bind same keys multiple times. 1,2,3,4,R, shift+1, shift+2, shift+3.., ctrl+1, ctrl+2, ctrl+3.. V, C, X, Z, mouse thumb buttons, mouse middle, with shift, control..

I always bind absolutely everything to keys/buttons and use mouse only for steering and targeting AOEs

Just tried to log in onto my character that got stuck in Desert Highlands last night and it just threw me out and then tried to log on a character that is in DR and same thing. Cannot get in game with any character now.

edit: Got in on the DR character now and I have mail from a guildie that says that my character that is Desert Highlands was still showing as a yellow dot on their map 5 hours ago and I had not been in game for 8 hours so it's there, ghosting around. Suppose that's why I cannot log on it.

So you just start playing GW2 and it's not what you want it to be so you're now here in the forums compaining that the whole game should be changed into what every other MMO out there is and us who have been enjoying it since launch are playing the wrong game and should be playing single player games instead. Awesome.
