    Is this half a minute an exaggeration, or is it more like 3-5 seconds how it normally is when you have blob v blob v blob?

  2. Fastest is Consortium sickle for plants, and then Unbound Magic Logging Pulse for trees, and Unbound Magic Mining Beam for ore. There should be a new gathering tool with a timekeeper glyph coming out in a few days that says it has a 33% chance to finish gathering instantly. Not sure how that will be compared to Industry which is 50% faster gathering.

    according to cmc from illuminati discord .. these changes weren't supposed to ship.. expect a patch to correct it probably "soon"

  4. So when running PingPlotter on the IP 35.158.175.20, it comes up stating that `ae-2-3202.ear2.Paris1.Level3.net ( 4.69.140.34 )` is coming up with an 86% packet loss.

     

    It's been like this for almost a week now.

    Even gets to the point where I see Network Error when trying to login to a character.

  5. Last thing I heard a few months back they were checking into the cause of server lag issues in WvW. My guess is the Amazon servers used to run WvW can't handle the amount of skills being used at the same time because of low CPU performance? I mean if this were the case wouldn't the next logical step be just to get better servers to handle it better?

     

    I mean who knows maybe it's a coding issue that isn't handling skill spam properly.

     

    Still would be nice to know from an official source if they are doing something on this matter.

     

    Tonight for me was especially bad, I was even getting 5 second skill lag when only doing a 30 v 30 fight. This was during NA t1.

  7. Back on March 5th 2019, A patch released which made banners only interactable by the owner.

     

    > Banners can now only be picked up by the warrior who summoned them.

     

    Meaning the interact key (F by default), would allow the owner to be able to pick up the banners.. and I was thinking. We have people with Personal Black Lion Merchant, or Personal Black Lion Trading Post, or even the 2 week Golem Banker that no one else can interact with, however people love to drop these on top of things you need to loot (like take Auric Basin meta for example). If having these items switched over to use the same thing the banners are, it would help cut down people trying to do this sort of thing. I do not see a negative part about switching this over as only the user can talk to the npc anyway. The single use versions would still be normal and can be spoken to by anyone.
