- Weapon with most AoE attack and long range for necro is staff (but it's really bad for PvE).

- For melee, dagger is good for regenerating life force (I found myself rarely using dagger since my life force is never empty because every mob dies will add our life force)

- Our F1-F5 skill is already an AoE skill so...

For Open World PvE, I personally using Scepter on first slot, and Torch on second slot with Malice and Geomancy Sigil.

For WvW, I use Staff / Scepter + Torch

I know that feeling very well, having a good squad then suddenly a merge happen is frustrating.

We gonna need this too:

- Make the "Allow Member to Merge" checkbox disabled by default.

- Show the name of people who use the merge feature.

- When a merge happen, commander should receive a prompt notification for approving or rejecting the merge request.

It all depends on what they deliver on the 3rd expansion.

What I sought before buying expansion (rank):

1. Story (`PoF Story = Awesome` | `HoT Story = It's okay`)

2. World Class Meta (`HoT Meta = Good` | `PoF Meta = Bad`)

3. New Feature (`Glider = Good` | `Mounts = Good`)

4. Environment

1. Check the LFG 20-30 minutes before Triple Trouble starts

2. (NA) If you see [TTS] or [EVOS] doing the meta -> Join and follow commander words -> enjoy the loot

3. If not, wait till the next Triple Trouble meta event

4. Repeat

You will get experience if you craft an item.

It's a fast leveling method but I do not recommend this at all.

Yes, you can do Tailor/Leather/Armor-smith on one character to craft it for your other character.

Just watch out not to soul bound the item to your Crafter character

The reason most people call it lotto box is because they have this thing called "**Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare**" tags on them,

It's telling you that "_You have a small **CHANCE** to win this big reward_", and so.. it is lotto boxes. (at least for me)

I see you're on WvW mode, did you perhaps got attacked near enemy castle / keep?

I rarely go to WvW so I'm not really sure, but there are some boon you get if you're near the castle / keep such as the guild objective aura and presence of the keep right?

Also since it is WvW, did your enemy have 25 might, bloodlust, or something like that too?

I'm afraid there's a lot of unknown variable on this..

Toughness did work on the direct damage

(Direct damage = Damage inflicted by skills and/or traits directly, can crit, and is mitigated by the target's armor.)

Basically this is the calculation:

`Damage you received = Enemy's Weapon strength * Enemy's Power * Enemy's skill-specific coefficient / Your Armor`

* AFAIK, critical hit increase direct damage, but it is not ignoring armor

* Did you have vulnerability on you? Vulnerability increases condition damage and direct damage you received

Sheet Glider sound is fine at first. But after many times, you will want to scream everytime you hear the sound

AFAIK there is no option for turning subtitle on/off

There is a simple help trick for this, make a text box channel for the npc only

Most of the stuff that NPC speak whether it's inside or outside cinematic will be displayed inside those channel

You can only see it after the cinematic though
