  1. The Hot Meta was waaaaaay worse then PoF. Unnerf DH longbow? Epidemic? Old condi shout necro? 100% Dmg reduction? Unnerfed CoR that oneshotted full soldier gear Guards and had 15targets and double Hits? Unnerfed boonchare Mesmer? The kitten staff burn guard? The condi stealth meta? There was so much wrong with HoT WvW. Please put down the nostalgia Glases. I would never trade the PoF Meta for that.

    Dev A: Looks like they love the Herald Overhaul. How is the Scrapper Overhaul going?

     

    Dev B: Good! Any ideas what to rework next?

     

    Dev A: I thought maybe Berzerker. Its been 2 months since the last time someone used Decapitate. Also maybe we could fix some Core Stuff. Balancing Warrior gets way to hard.

     

    Dev B: Sure. But that means we cant change Traits for the next Balance Patch.

     

    Dev A: Mhhhh. Maybe i should take a look into the Forum. "Sees Buff rifle thread". Hee.. Why not....

     

    Dev B: Only buffing rifle is a not enough for mayor Balance Patch i think.

     

    Dev A: Mhhh what about signet? Nobody uses them in any kind of compeditive gamemode , so we dont have to think to much about balance here. Just make them stronger.

     

    Dev B: Anything else?

     

    Dev A: Buff Hammer 3. Dont look at me like that! Just do it ok?

    You have to do the achivment "Chairs of the world" in the Community section.

    If you already done it, you can buy it for free at a Npc in the north west cave in LA.

    Mostly Happy.

    Would had loved a dmg increase on the auto hit.

     

    With open world Buffs and gear Rifle 2 does 6-7k Rifle 4 does 7-8k and Rifle 2 does 30k+.

  9. Im 100% sure Ranger will be nerfed.

    * Maul dmg decreased

    * Worldy Impact dmg decreased

    * Sic Em basicly removed from the game.

    * Smokescale´s Smokefield is now a Darkfield.

    WvW Hammer rev.

     

    As a Renegade you get 40% Crit Chance from Fury and 33% from the Trait.

    So your max base Critchance you want is 27 %.

     

    This means if you need to dodge ( something you HAVE to do in WvW VERY often!) , you have now 67% Crit Chance.

     

    Or you get hit by one Nerco Shade and loose your Fury.

     

    Also Renegade has no good way of getting Fury.

    You get 5 second on Legend swap.

    You get 6 Seconds if you hit a target under 50%. Which not always happens.

     

    This also means you start the fight without Fury.

     

    You could trait that you get Fury with your Healskill but you loose 7% dmg and have to waste your healskill.

     

    TLDR: One Boonstrip and one dodge and your have max 27% crit chance and you are basicly useless.

    * Greatsword damage increased in PvE.

    * Rifle damage increased in PvE.

    * Sword F1 **Flurry** Power damage increased.

    * Offhand Sword Power damage increased and general Rework.

    * Offhand Mace **Tremor** gets Groundtargeting like Druid Staff Vine Surge.

     

    **Skills**

    * Make **Mending** a Physical Skill.

    * Decrease the Cooldown of **Signet of Rage**.

     

    **Traits**

    * Remove **Brave Stride** and replace it with a usefull trait.

    * Buff or rework **Restorative Strength**.

    * Buff or rework **Body Blow**.

    * Remove **Great Fortitude** and replace it with a usefull trait.

    * Rework **Merciless Hammer.**

    * Remove **Leg Specialist** and replace it with a usefull trait.

    * Remove **Opportunist**and replace it with a usefull trait.

    * Give **Burst Precision** a second effect.

    * Let **Dualwield** stack with Quickness or rework the Trait.

    * Remove **Armored Attack** and replace it with a usefull trait.

    * **Burning Arrows** now adds Burning to Arcing Arrow and Smoldering Arrow.

    * Give **Phalanx Strength** a secondary effect or rework.

    * **Crack Shot** now increases your damage by 10% if you are 600+ Range away from your target.

    * Remove **Vengeful Return** and replace it with a usefull trait.

    * **Inspiring Battle Standard** now pulses Vigor instead of Regen.

     

    + **Merciless Hammer**: Should get a similar effect like Impacting Disruption.

    + **Burst Precision**: Your next X Number of attacks always crit after landing a Burst.

    + **Phalanx Strength**: No real idea here.
