My wishes require an alternate timeline going back before 2012 that involve GW2 getting an entirely new engine, a storyboard team that can actually write a consistent story, and a budget that allows the personality system to actually matter being reflected by differing voice lines.

Here's a random idea. When I click on an alcoholic drink, I want my character to play the drinking animation that you get with only a few interactables, get the Drunk condition that only come from barrels, and then wobble around and occasionally get thrown into Daze during the duration of Drunk. All sources of alcohol should share this behavior, inventory consumables, guild barrels, etc. Drunk is currently not immersive enough if at all.

This may come as a hot take to you, but it's okay for maps to have patches of peace, rather than flood the player with busywork or "something is always happening, everywhere."

Because charr run style is dependent on mostly run speed. If you're in combat but have Superspeed = on all fours. If you give charr NPCs swiftness or superspeed = on all fours. I've even been in combat with Swiftness and still do the on all fours animation, but it's random, not normal.
If a charr player is NOT in combat (doesn't take damage), but still is affected some control debuff = walk upright. Non-damage speed debuff sources are pretty rare.

imagine having less freedom with water mapping than engines from the late 90s

Not if it was a new weapon category.

This is like saying the worst of the three LOTR is bad.

How about just all classes gets access to all weapons instead.

Rytlock does it for you if you refuse, pretty sure.

No thanks. I'd rather not be told I'm creating a "negative atmosphere" by saying if I don't like something about the game, and then be told to keep my negative opinion to myself.

My vote is for getting a Power main version of this stat combo.

Still a 50% damage increase as opposed to not critting at all, plus might generation.

You're right. The other guy gave you bad information. A higher clocked 4 core outshines an 8 core in this game. Source : I went from a 1700 to a 3300x.
Try out the [Direct3D 12 wrapper](https://github.com/megai2/d912pxy/releases) first. You may not even really need a hardware upgrade that badly.

That's what you get if you throw a lot of money at quite literally nothing. Deserved.

The new fractal is so unfun, it killed my enjoyment of doing Fractals at all.

Is this a real question?

Less than 256 MB usually, 512 at the most. Hasn't changed much since 2003.

Your own website : 4 GB minimum (even under the POF section)
This lines up with my own numbers. I chose Lily because it seems to be one of the most graphically intensive spots with a large gathering of people. I'm listing both regular D3D9, and the D3D12 wrapper (this consumes a bit more ram).
All lowest settings : Under 3 GB / Under 4 GB
Highest settings? I went to Lily, VB, LA, and even followed world boss trains and still couldn't push over 6 GB even WITH the wrapper.
This makes the suggested 6 GB minimum pretty dishonest if you can get away with 4. The recommended capacity of 24 GB is horribly exaggerated. It's not only dishonest, I'd call it an out of season April Fools joke. Best case scenario, you're going to confuse someone new when they read that. Worst case, it's a deterrent.

Imagine if Guilds was a hardcore survival mmo, (think Scum, but not dead) and one of the mechanics was finding a place to take a dump.
Would wipe that T rating from the game faster than your character would.

Yeah this is a lie. You can use a machine with as low as 8 GB and you'd still be fine, minus the loss of dual channel. Hell, even 4 would be feasible as long as you have an SSD to make up for drive swap. This is even WITH the dx12 wrapper by the way, which can increase ram usage.

I'm sorry, "convert"? Whatever happen to just logging in using an email? Path of Exile has this figured out.

Forum : 50 plus people reporting the same connection popup issue for years
Anet be like : "It's your internet" and so it will never be fixed. Not even the common decency to change the popup to be less intrusive and obstructive.

Flamethrower is weak without stability. Low power damage unless you have all damage stats (so no armor), max crit and all damage bonuses, and even then you're ridiculously vulnerable for how close you're forced to be. It's also only one stack, so with all of the corrupt and strip and CC spam this game has now, Jugg's stab pulsing really should be once per second.
Remove stability, and its user is going to be bashed around like a ping pong ball.

Jet has 450. Used to be 600.

Ah yes, streaming will dare not match the high standard quality that is television programming.
Please rid us of Rytlock and Ryland by the end of this season!
