Except for loss of ability to show prestige I guess, but it would only be some people turning off the most obnoxious effects, so prestige isn't a good argument
  3. Woohoo! I'll be buying.. well, probably as many as I can afford to be honest lol. At least from what I can tell, it should apply to all cards right, not one per purchase?
  4. Got to say I'm a bit of a sucker for collecting cards, I've pulled myself out of it but I'd collect the full set if these were ever made!
  5. Definitely! I’d love it if I was out of town, found out something I wanted was back for a day, and was able to buy it instead of getting screwed! But the system would probably also have to work with redeeming gem cards
  6. I’m starting to wonder now if the plot will end with one of the dragons dying (which one depends on who gets more time in these last episodes), and we’re suddenly in a place where we need another dragon Scion *now* because the world is crumbling and our only good lead are centuries old stories of the dragon Kuunavang. Or maybe we’ll get that plot *and* Primordus does something over in cantha. Obviously anet can generate new stories and characters whenever they want, but from what we know now Kuunavang is probably the only suitable potential elder dragon replacement

  8. Yes, I’ve always loved the game, why would I still be here if I didn’t? Icebrood saga first half has been overall pretty great (barring a few issues and missteps here and there), but going into the second half is the first time ever i feel I may be falling out of the target group. The number one thing I love and that keeps me playing and speculating and invested in the game is exploration, new maps (or at least new places, extensions of existing maps are just as good to me), expanding lore, ongoing stories.. but this next episode doesn’t have a new map. I’m hoping the following episodes will, or at least the final chapter, but my paranoid side can’t help but worry this is a sign of changing times and doo mane gloom, anet will be adding maps much more rarely or maybe not at all! But given we’re headed to cantha I know that’s not true, and if it’s just icebrood part 2 that’s like this and following expansions and living world are back to normal, I can live with it
