I can agree with OP. It's difficult.
Earlier this week I was trying to get the prisoner achievement with that event, and it was pretty dang difficult. Either nobody was hitting the prisoner doors, or not enough people were hitting the doors, and the event would either fail completely, or the achievement would not be...achieved. It was infuriating.
I finally hooked up with a group where some people were assigned to the prisoner doors, some were assigned to the mob doors in the back, which is what I did (which are kind of important to keep from being swarmed by adds), and the rest focused on Jabari. People actually listened, and mission accomplished...finally!

Yes. A couple years back, when ANet did their aviator themed joke (the one where your character stuck their arms out and made airplane noises), there was a very minor minor but extremely vocal outrage over ANet being very insensitive because just a few days before an airliner went down on the other side of the planet.
If I remember correctly (please correct me if I'm wrong), ANet didn't do anything last April Fool's due that outrage.

My necromancer would like to have a Dhuum skill. Just pop up out of the ground, swing her scythe, and a full health enemy is just gone in a second.
-
Due to community outrage, I'm not entirely sure ANet will do April Fools Jokes anymore. Funny idea though. :)

That's what I did with my smol army.
These are just a few examples of my 16 total characters, none of of which had any problems during their naming.

The other problem with this is there are those that intentionally drag mobs to nodes. We all see them, usually thieves with those idiotic looking fractal wings (not always, but usually in my experience).

Yeah, I'm going to have to go ahead and say "no" to this. :-1:

I occasionally make the mistake of right-click salvage <= masterwork while I still have unidentified items in my inventory :(

Yes, this is what I've been doing, except putting the unidentified thingies up in the shared inventory slots where my permanent harvesters were. I should get an hidden item bag too. Also, as IWN said a couple posts above, maybe I should let them stack a bit then head to Silverwastes for the extra magic find buff.

Dismounting for everything doesn't bother me in the slightest. _~shrugs~_

I use the staff as well on my Power Reaper, but I do have a dagger, focus, axe and warhorn on hand just in case.
-
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe ANet's problem with Steam is that Steam takes 20% (?) off of each sale. That's a sizeable chunk of money.

Aww I have my old signature back. :)

Well, at least it's not like the forum of another game I used to play where you had to have participated in 15 matches within a few days time to even be able to _post_ on the forums.

Joko wanted you to feel important, that's all.
Praise Joko.

I'm super casual so Open World stuff for me.

My only issue with the voices is that there aren't enough _variety_ with the voices. As in, all 10 of my female asura have the exact same voice. I mean, I love the voice actress for them, but I just wish for more variety.

Good, I'm glad this was cut.
> Palawa Joko had a big musical number that got cut.
Aww, I'd really like to see that now.

Ah well, at least they aren't Elites.

I _think_ once you get past the 9th scroll, you may have an easier time of things since the rest of the scrolls are up above in a jumping puzzle-ish area. I'm only up to scroll 6, so I can't confirm if Forgotten Veterans spawn up there or not.

Late reply, but I'm _still_ exploring maps, getting achievement points, talking to NPCs, absorbing the lore, finding safe spots and enjoying the views. I've only map completed Crystal Oasis, Desert Highlands, and Elon Riverlands on my main (only 15 more characters to go!). However I'm still doing my general gathering routines in Central Tyria and Deep Maguuma. I'm taking my time, and I'm certain I'll be working on this expansion for a long time to come.

I voted bacon and eggs because why not?
-
Adding another positive vote. I really loved this! I managed to get all the weapons too. :)

I don't tip at all, then again, I usually never take their portals either. I have a lot more fun actually doing the jumping puzzle than taking the lazy way out.
[Fluff] Made for a laugh, but could we have this as next years April Fools?

Not after the multi page forum outrage by some because a hijacked plane went down a week or so before on the opposite side of the world from ANet and they decided the Aviator Box was insensitive. **ANet has to go on the forums and apologize.** The next April Fools they had SAB and they haven’t had an April fools since that incident two years back.
Oh yes, I forgot about the apology part.
