Usually, when it says 'Sale Ending Soon', the offer will expire at daily 'reset' of the Gem Store, which is 9am Pacific Time.

It's not a new Episode, it's a new _chapter_ from Episode 5: Champions. Thus, no 'unlocking'.

Players have been suggesting another data center for quite some time. If the Devs thought it would be a good ROI, I'm guessing they would have done it by now. Remember, there need be a large enough population to fill that data center and populate all modes of gameplay. Regardless, good luck on your suggestion.

Except on release days, I never play more than an hour to an hour and a half per day. Often, it's around 15 minutes; just enough time to do the Daily.
