Master of the Ancestral Forge issue

The CS Team really doesn't peruse the forum; for an individualized response, you can 'Submit a Ticket' via the 'Support' link above/below. -
About the lvl 80 boost...
Inculpatus cedo.9234 replied to brenda lovely.8213's topic in Players Helping Players
There are 5 L2-15 maps and the Personal Story you can use to level your character(s). https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Zone#Original_release_zones I would advise leveling a character normally before resorting to using the L80 Boost, and taking advantage of the Level-up tutorial and rewards. Of course, it's your choice. Welcome return, and good luck. -
Rental Beetles, what after you get dismounted?
Inculpatus cedo.9234 replied to SCVwar.3784's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
I don't know how 'new' you are, but you will only have unlocked Living World Episodes that you logged into the game when they were live (current). Yes, you can save Gems by purchasing Living World Season bundles in the Gem Store. Try to keep in mind that for many years, players had no choice but to 'walk' everywhere in-game, as there were no Mounts, nor rentals. It's not such a horrible experience, especially when one is new and has not discovered every nook and cranny of each map. There's no rush to L80 or 'end-game', it's the journey, not the destination. (You could always leave Roller Beetle Racing until later; it was a rather newer addition to maps.) Welcome to Tyria, and good luck. -

All Choya are cacti (I guess), but are all cacti Choya? This would seem to indicate they are not: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Cactus

Forging the Pact quest
Inculpatus cedo.9234 replied to Ailuro.2780's topic in Bugs: Game, Forum, Website
Many cases of Story content have triggers your character must activate before the next occurrence/dialogue starts. Your character may have missed/bypassed the trigger (by taking an alternate route/traveling ahead of an NPC/moving too fast, etc.). -
Gorthmar : Ears or Eyes

Here's a bit of information: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Eyes_for_Ears#Notes Good luck. -
Well, that's an opinion. Remember, what one finds boring, another delights in. What excites one, another finds distasteful. I, personally, would not enjoy _your_ perfect game, just as you would not enjoy mine.

Pity. I thought the Devs had changed that; my bad. -

> @"Ascyndaeon.1907" said: > Okay, as a player who is NEW to the game AND has the PoF expansion, are we going to ignore players like me who are trying to play the game normally and not use the thing that gets you all the way up to level 80? And since level 80 is when you're actually able to get and use a mount, and I am currently level 36 on my first character (as in, first character ever), it's pretty annoying being told "well just buy the expansion or be level 80 already" when it's pretty clear the game was originally intended to be played (for newbies) to grind all the way up to finally get a mount. It's pretty effin annoying that they don't just put it in at least for people that /do/ own the expansion (like me). I can see what you're saying for people playing the base game for free, but what about us? As someone else said, really disheartening getting dismounted on the opposite side of the map and then having to walk all the way back to get on it again (or I guess pay to get to a waypoint near the rental person). > Please ANet, give us a way to remount within the rental time limit... Here is some information: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Rent-a-Mount_(Beetle_Racing) (You have an hour to remount a rental mount.) -
Charr Wedding Attire

Each race's Wedding Attire is different. That's one of the draws of that Outfit. -

Lol. Of course, the loot tables are 'controlled' by the Devs. Who else would set them up? -

Submitting an in-game Bug Report will garner no response, as indicated on the Bug Report window. For an individualized response, you can 'Submit a Ticket' to the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below. You can use gw2efficiency(.com) to search your entire account. You haven't deleted any characters recently? Checked to make sure all Bags are not collapsed? Good luck. -
Well, the Devs _have_ stated numerous times that UI work/changes are the most difficult of all. /shrug Regardless, good luck on the QoL suggestion.

Gates of maguuma achievements

You could try a -repair of the client. Instructions found in the Knowledge Base, accessed via the 'Support' link. Also, Episode 5 is set in Thunderhead Peaks, not Dragonfall. A character or player does not have to unlock and play previous Episodes to play and/or enter the next map/play the next Episode. Good luck.

Question on buying the game for a friend.
Inculpatus cedo.9234 replied to Zibbles.6349's topic in Account & Technical Support
DLGamer is an authorized retailer, so no problem purchasing a Serial Key and sending it to your friend. As to when previous expansions will be included in the upcoming expansion, no one knows; I doubt it will be right away. https://www.guildwars2.com/en/retailers/#UnitedStates-physical -
Why do achievements?

So no, I didn't ALREADY KNOoOW the answer to this thread. > > > > That doesn't make sense ... just because you think those reasons are bad shows you KNOoOW they existed when you made the thread. I don't see the honesty or value in making a thread just to argue with people about what they think are good or bad reasons to do achievements. > > It makes perfect sense. Why would people do achievements if the reasons for it aren't worthwhile? That's what I wanted to know. Aren't 'worthwhile' in your opinion? I suspect those that think Achievements aren't 'worthwhile', don't do them. Also, hate to be the bearer of bad news, but some prolific thread-creators have a reputation of creating divisive or argumentative threads. That may color the kinds of posts they attract.
