  1. Probably aren't going to offer the size of the QA Team or Devs that might work on a particular bug. The Known Issue Tracker automation broke some time ago; doesn't seem like there's anyone available to hand-curate it presently. Bugs are prioritized, and only so much resource to go around. What you might find important may not be to others. Also, some bugs will never be fixed as fixing them only creates more bugs. It would be nice if it worked and was accurate, but it's certainly not game-breaking for me. Can learn mostly what's going on from the Support forums.
  2. Best practice is to try the event immediately after a patch/release when all maps and events are reset.
  3. They do say: "50% WvW Experience Bonus (15m): Increase WvW Experience gain by 50%." Should add an icon to the Active Effects Monitor. When in doubt, the Wiki is always a treasure trove of information. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/WXP_Mini-Booster
  4. I believe there are plenty of players that prefer the Wiki to asking in-game. Asking in-game can be a crap shoot. At least the Wiki is almost always accurate.
  5. Really? Thousands? It seems (can't be sure, of course) the 5th slot used to be a bit more common, but I still get it (though not always something great in it) every 10th to 20-25th time, or so.
  6. It's almost always the 'Module:' line, if that's included. Otherwise, you have to go through the body of the 'Crash Details' to look for 3rd-party programs that may be causing issues, or other things that might be amiss.
  7. Best bet is to try the event immediately after a patch/release when all maps and events are reset. Good luck.
  8. You can find the statement on why from the former President of the company, here on the forums. Part tech issue, part marketing.
  9. Well, if I recall, there were threads on this issue _before_ the 'latest segment', so.... Not sure what to make of it.

At the moment every contribution to map and hearts is totally individual even when partying with friends and it doesn't feel right to me. > > Regards > > Let's ignore PoI, Vista, HP/MP or anything a player needs to interact with in the game world. It wouldn't make any sense to allow a player to get inclusion for something they need to be present for to click an object. > > As well, let's ignore XP gain, since we would want to avoid any kind of XP leeching. If you don't perform an action that nets an XP gain, you shouldn't get the XP. Same as if you didn't tag the event champ, you don't get XP or loot. > > We can also throw in anything Achievement related, if you didn't actually perform the actions to net the achievement, then you don't get the achievement. > > So making this specifically about Heart completion now, what would be the minimum inclusion for someone to benefit from your desired changes? Let's assume that my members of the party need to be standing in the active Heart area at least. If I am in a party and I do nothing to contribute to the Heart but stand there, should I still get Heart completion and access to the associated Vendor? If I didn't do anything other than stand there, then I shouldn't be getting XP or Loot nor progress towards Achievements, so just the Heart completed cause my party did the hard work? > > And, how is any of this more or less anti-social than the current system? Don't forget that some Renown Heart NPCs offer items associated with achievements and/or collections. So, those Renown Hearts should not be included. With the way the game is set up, I think this isn't a good idea. Pretty sure the Devs will agree.

This means 2 of the 1st generation legendary weapons need to both be the same & account bound to get the achievement. You can craft or purchase the legendary weapon. Either option is fine. We hope this information was helpful to you. > > GM Zippy the Wonder SquirrelYesterday at 12:02 > Hello, > > We understand that you would like to craft a second Claw of the Khan-Ur to attempt to obtain the Twice-Told Legend achievement. > > Unfortunately, Support does not have the ability to manually grant achievements. Only Generation 1 Legendary weapons will work for this achievement. You would need to present two of the same account-bound weapon to Historian Dozza in order to qualify for the achievement. It seems the CS Team _does_ know. To be awarded the Achievement, you must present 2 identical Gen 1 Legendary Weapons. Gen 2/2.5 weapons will not work.
  12. It costs 2S 50c. Today, anyway. Easily recouped from a few drops, or gathers.
  13. Unfortunate as it may be, it does warn that "progress may be lost". It would probably be difficult to change the way Personal Story/Living World Story works for this one-off due to the pandemic/work on the upcoming expansion. /shrug
  14. Unlocking the skin? Flavor? Giving you a choice, so all beginner Professions don't look exactly the same?
  15. It's account-wide, so it would not matter which character looked.
  16. If sharing XP/map completion, should the party share the rewards, as well? Earn 2/5 of a Gift of Exploration, then? Must they complete all the maps several times for the equivalent rewards? That would only be fair, of course.

That might just be a coincidence but if there's business or practical reasons for that timing then it seems likely EoD will release around the same time of the year. > Probably to boost sales figures at the end of fiscal year. Could be, though the fiscal year is Jan - Dec.
  18. Shows up for me (in Account Upgrades). Perhaps, you've already purchased the limit (2)?
  19. Um...use a mouse? I would not enjoy playing Guild Wars 2 (or probably most games) with a touchpad.
  20. "Fix the game to suit me, as others don't matter". Nothing selfish about that. /s
  21. Can you?! Doesn't show up for me, but that's probably because I already bought it. The Wiki needs updating.
  22. > @"Aloreal.2548" said: > I have the same exact problem. As soon as the game updated i cant enter a game with a character. I can enter the character selection but whenever i try to log in with a character it loads a little then back to desktop. Using any 3rd-party programs, like ArcDPS, Discord overlay, etc.?
