There's already a tab for Guild Recruitment; what/where do you suggest there be another? I'm not sure a Although, the L2 Level-up tutorial introduces stats. Those that don't take the time to peruse Level-up tutorial information may not choose to enter tutorial instances, either. Also, keep in mind not all skills are unlocked at L15 and under.

Though, not really addressing the comment about how the upcoming Elite Specialization are 'set in stone'. Previous Elite Specializations were changed after being announced, but before release.

Heart of Thorns brought a lot more Masteries than just Gliding. Central Tyria Masteries have little to do with movement. Only Path of Fire Masteries were concentrated on Mounts. I'm guessing End of Dragons Mastery will be something else; perhaps, Housing or Fishing or Sailing. I don't know; something other than just movement. /shrug
