Anet, Fix The Skill Lag

The number of times I've died to skill lag in small scale fights (zergs too, but that could be attributed to too many scourge particles) since a couple of weeks ago is insane. On top of that, sometimes I just get booted from WvW. And it's not just me that this is impacting, most people on SBI get obscene skill lag and booted... If you're going to stress the system by adding a legendary tied to WvW that PvE-ers will want, make sure the servers can handle it...

I get a lot of random disconnects especially when queuing for eb. Either it just plain ole disconnects me and sends me to char select while I am waiting, or it boots me from the queue (which is a long standing bug).

I'm mostly fine until we get into a 3-way battle, then I'm pretty sure what dictates the result is who gets their buttons to work first.
