ChampionMasquerade.5283
If your playing as a Sylvari, does your group/Rytlock treat you differently? I know normal NPCs can but I haven't seen mentions of your group doing so.

Llethander.3972
The only dialogue differences I recall are generally from the Sylvari characters (ie. Caithe) and are generally very minor such as "You and I" making reference to the fact that you are a Sylvari character as opposed to just referring to themselves. Danikat.8537
Your group doesn't treat you differently, but there are some additional bits of dialogue, especially with Caithe and Canach. Mostly it's the rest of the group trying to understand what's happening to sylvari. There's also at least one story instance which plays out differently on sylvari. The outcome is the same, but what happens along the way changes.

ChampionMasquerade.5283
I should probably have mentioned I'm not playing as a Sylvari. I'm just curious about it
Inculpatus cedo.9234
There's a difference that happens only to Sylvari; I suppose one would consider it dialogue.
JekthAvid.1408
I believe there are a few lines where the sylvari character mentions resisting...
