Why you think so? I mean, Anet themselves stated that this list is not complete and there are alot more changes especially for the thief coming, they just didn't localize it in time.

Id say around 85% to be more precise. The only thing missing is the thief section, which is going to be a bunch of thief nerfs that ultimately dont matter because shortbow 5 is the only part of the class that matters anyway. Every other class though? Yeah youve already seen all youre gonna get. Sorry Warriors, you wont be viable after this patch.

It's currently completely dictating the meta, as any build that can't 1v1 a condi thief is farmed all game and unplayable. That's why everyone is a necro, condi rev(especially this), and bunkers. Dying instantly from the most mobile class isn't fun at all.

... what build cant 1v1 a condi thief? Its a +1 spec, its not good at 1v1ing. If you die to a condi thief, that just means you dont have any condi cleanse, at which point you die to *all* condi builds. Its not dictating the meta at all, and in fact its already been replaced by power DD again for most people. The reason people are condi rev is because condi rev is busted all on its own. It dictates the meta far more than condi thief ever would. We also dont have bunkers in the meta, theyre (other than condi rev which has some hp) are glass cannon zerks. Damage just is too low to kill even a glass cannon zerk.

Apart from warrs there isnt any other good 1v1 matchup for thieves wtf u saying , maybe holos but holo is meta xd

Every single decent meta side noder is tank apart fron nades holo . Mender symbol core/,dh guardian mender ranger and avatar LR weaver. CREV is not the only tanky sidenoder

To win a circlequest game all you have to do is roll a thief and have a bow. No second weapon needed with bow #5 lol.

 

They should make it use more initiative or a like 15 sec cooldown hehe.

Condi thief deletes DPS DH, every ele build except support tempest/bunkers(lol), power revs, dps warriors, s/d thieves.

 

There's a reason you don't see those builds much, if at all. Condi thief makes sure they aren't allowed to play the game.

 

The reason you think condi thief can't 1v1 is because people only play builds that CAN'T die to it 1v1, and if they didn't, they wouldn't be able to win games.

Dps dh isnt a thing in this meta cuz it loses to every other side noder , dh is only viable with menders symbol build .

 

Lr weaver isnt too good atm also i dont think lr weaver has that bad matchup since condi thief has no much stunbreaks

 

Power rev and sd thief are not side noders wtf , and sd thief isnt bad but it gets hard counter by dp thieves

The most common sidenoders are zerk holo, zerk ranger (not mender) and condi rev. Occasionally also zerk power rev. Condi Rev is the only tanky-ish sidenoder. And only barely.

Well, its not quite *that* easy, but yes. Shortbow 5 is the defining skill of thief.

Too dangerous. Any change like that means every single other part of thief has to be buffed *massively*. Because if you just hit thieves shortbow 5, the class goes from really good to completely unplayable, just like that.

It only does if they dont run enough cleanse. And at that point, they still have much bigger problems facing condi rev.

There is a reason. It has *nothing* to do with condi thief. DPS DH, S/D Thief and Warrior are just not viable period. They were just as unviable pre-patch. Power Rev is still played, its just outclassed by condi rev. Other Ele builds are rarely played, but they are played, and they do not struggle vs condi thief.

Or its because any build that has the amount of cleanse *any* condi build demands is a build condi thief cant 1v1. And with condi rev in the meta, *every* build has to have that condi cleanse.

Dunno whats ur league also most common doenst mean most efficient or meta , duelist ranger is not played with zerk it is played with mender (both core ranger or mender soulbeast , almost every ranger played this at mota ) or the valkyerie/demo variant wich is too tanky too . Zerk is only picked with dmg soulbeast and that build is a roamer not a sidenoder

 

Zerk rev is not a side noder and it should lose vs all other side noders at equal skill lv

 

Nades holo is meta not cuz it does great as a side noder (duelist) its meta cuz it is great doing fast kills with a thief 2v1ing and have good 2v2 matcups while doing great at tf. Mander ranger will easy win a long duel vs a nades holo for example.But mender ranger will do nothing in a 2v2 or at team fight .

 

Again what u see at ranked is not the best side noders , sometimes at ranked u dont pick what is supposed to be better filling your role , the most common form of carrying is killing fast and thats why u can see power revs doing 1v1 , cuz a good rev can win bad players . But that wont happen in ats for example . Meta right now is only determined by mota .

Also id nades holo gets nerfed to the ground holo meta will be with demo again wich is tanky too
