PoF could use a Flax Farm

Owners of HoT have two Brink and one in Draconis Mons. I'm not aware of any in PoF maps. However, PoF armors and weapons require a ton of flax. I believe that this gives people that own Hot and advantage in PoF over those that don't. Hopefully Anet will consider evening the playing field.

If you count the 8-ish nodes right near each other in Bloodstone Fen, that's 4 farms. It'd make sense for PoF to get at least one. I certainly wouldn't oppose it.

There's also one in Tangled Depths. Not saying it wouldn't be nice to have, but leave a few alts for a week and cycle through the places, you get plenty; so personally can't complain. I do wish there was some sort of node farm aside from the two clam spots which aren't worth anything.

In terms of value the flax farm is similar to Tomb of Primeval Kings' treasure chests. Right now the treasure chests are worth a bit more. The only advantage for the VB flax farm and to a lesser extent the Draconis Mons flax farm is relatively close proximity to a waypoint.

Perhaps the OP is suggesting that those who own PoF (without HoT) want access to a flax farm because of the high personal demand for flax for certain collections. Otherwise, there's no advantage: there's plenty of ways to make money in PoF that are competitive with flax farming.

That's exactly my point. As an HoT owner I spend a lot of time in HoT farming for flax for PoF armor and weapons. PoF needs a farm for flax or the flax requirements for these items should be changed to something that PoF does have farms for.
