heavy tome of knowledge

i'm trying to find out of how and where to get the heavy tome of knowledge I've looked it up on the guild wars 2 wiki to find no locations .did anyone got one before?

I don’t think this is actually in game. I was only able to find it on the wiki site and the Dulfy database, and the wiki info is over a year old with no updates.

I dont think the item is or have been ever in game, atleast I've never heard or seen it and I've been here from the start.

 

Also, from wiki: ''_Double-click to gain five character levels. Can only be used on characters at least five levels below the highest-level character on your account._''

I believe this may be an older version of our currently Experience Scroll, the ones we get from our character's birthdays. :)

The icon used on the wiki is the same as Fire God's Vambraces from HoM... This smells *Unfinished content* to me.

There are special Tomes of Knowledge that you get for finishing the personal story which can only be used on characters below level 80, maybe this was an early or alternate version of those?

My thoughts too. They’re now Tomes Of Mentorship. You get 5 for finishing Victory or Death.
