Typically I put in at least a half day as there is no use staring at my screen hoping someone came in early. Even if they do, the first few hours will be a nightmare of lags and bugs and people who want to go first finding any nasty surprises so they can warn the world. UTC-7 is not equal to UTC There is no delay or change Currently it's 5:00 using UTC-7, so in 4 hours that PoF is released it will be 9:00 UTC-7 exactly as announced.
