Not that it makes a huge difference or like many guild related things will ever feel the warm embrace of an update, but I took a picture of the exact spot where there is some leftover collision in Windswept near the scribe hall from what I presume was the rubble pre-construction.

There is a small button above the typing screen to the far right - Image IRL. It's a box with round shapes in it, just type your IMGUR URL into that. You have to remember to get the picture URL - which is https://i.imgur.com/C5JEq5u.jpg. You can get this link by clicking on the picture in your link, and clicking "Open image in new tab".

 

As for the post itself - the collision itself can actually make for some interesting designs, if you're willing to get creative. But as far as I'm aware, it's not a new thing.
