Mirage should be able to dodge while downed

Mesmer

Due to the lack of dmg, we have taken a look at clones and Phantasms, and how Dodge functions.

 

Mesmers and mesmers elites now Dodge while activating any skill. And successfully landing a skill ( includes Condi ticks) causes the Mesmer/mirage/Chrono to dodge on top of the enemy regardless of range, and summoniong 50 illuisons and 50 Phantasms. Who all dodge and explode the target.

 

Clones and Phantasms summoned do not disappear, nor take dmg and now free roam after summoned

Additionally, Mirages are unaffected by any ability, global, or internal cooldowns.

Unblockable, 2000 range and instantly fills up your endurance bar
