Will Guardian still be most meta for pve after patch?

Almost everyone is focused on pvp/wvw and I get it changes there are biggest but how much they will affect pve stuff? from what I've read Guardian is one of most useful classes for all various pve content currently will this change in any significant way?

PvE wise there are no changes at all.

No changes to guardians/dh/fb in PvE -> still it is and will be the pve faceroll class in all modes.

Holo and slb get buffs and both will have higher dps than dh or fb but no nerfs to feel my wrath so nothing can compete when guard stack can be used. Lb gets some buffs so it might become decent. It wasn't that far behind scepter.

The Ele's hear your pain since we were nerfed because raids and then in because WVW when they didn't split the changes back in the day

As long as Guardian can continue to poop out Aegis, it will always be meta.

But Ele is actually pretty good? On some bosses you will outdps an DH. Its just that you give neither quickness nor alacrity so you might as well not excist in the current meta. Though that doesnt really matter in pugs.

But Aegis isnt the problem. Chrono can literally do the same. The problem is that Guardian can give really good quickness without investing in any boonduration and without loosing any damage.
