  5. Can I ask what exactly is wrong with tryharding to try and win a tournament? I mean every time you mention it OP its like "I was winning but then they took **my win** away from me!!". Don't they deserve to beat you if they are trying harder than you are to win? They are literally trying harder than you are so why shouldn't they? You also admit to not playing seriously, knowing what you can do to continue your win streak but you're not doing it / willing to do it. Again if they are willing to and are trying harder than you they should be beating you.

  12. People seem to have a grandiose vision of fishing when in reality if it ever got implemented it would just be a press [f] to fish and you would just get the progress bar like every other harvesting method.
  13. Gaining stability and breaking stuns are two completely separate things. They are both independent hence why they are down as two separate skill facts in the tool tips

"torment your foes and support your allies" and a paraphrase the devs when demoing scourge in HotM "we wanted to give necro more support but we couldnt just give it to them," The only things that caused it to be a "condi dps spec" were the two bugs. One causing dhuumfire to proc on desert shroud pulses and another that caused shades to stack. It was always indented to be support heavy. Support, condition, and area control are all things scourge are and was designed to be from the very group up. Saying it "was supposed to be condi dps but people complained so anet changed its entire design to support because thats what people thought" is factually wrong.

I thought that much was obvious with the necro has one true condi weapon and only one core melee weapon. Necro literally has a single strong condi weapon in sceptre. Another main hand weapon that doesn't overlap with it would be good. It's why I say mace or sword. As for no shroud. The reason I say it is it's a little easier to justify stuff that's strong / impactful when you don't have a massive health shield to worry about along sit it. Also , for me at least, using it as a resource for things like how scourge does is more interesting.

The others aren't really ranged Because melee/melee ISH ( think else dagger ) makes the most sense I feel. Almost everything about necro bar reaper and a handful of other things are medium to long range already. Necro also has one core melee weapon and only has one true condi weapon in sceptre. Would be really surprised it it wasn't a sword or mace melee spec. I also expect it to be shroudless

Stop conflating burn guards strength with conditions being strong overall. If condi was universally strong there would be more builds using them. I see no complaints about condi warrior, condi engi, condi ranger etc etc. Whenever a condi build is strong these threads pop up that conditions are a problem and when asked why often to almost always the build(s) that is a problem is referenced as the reason. Every. Single. Time. Complaints about condi due to fire ele, fire ele nerfed, complaintss stop. Complaints about condi due to mirage and condi theif, where are they now after the enrfs? Complaints about condi due to scourge...would you look at that.. I mean look at the thread and its title. Is burning abusing or complained about because 7/9 classes have access to it and its being used to wreck people on all of them or is it 1 of those that's causing the issue? When burn guard sees some nerfs or falls out the meta /cheese pick the same thing will happen.
