This was fixed about a year ago, the normal XP-bar is just hidden in the background. It sould be more visible, but at least it works. How sure are you of this? Cause AFAIK, this only happens if you have no more masteries to work forward to in the area. If your currently selected mastery is full, XP is just wasted.

Minions need actual scaling of actual stats based off Necro's equipment. No dramatic buffs, but a power necro's Flesh Golem is supposed to hit harder than a condi necro's one, ffs. Ditto for the near-useless heal.

All classes can pull off the "condition damage" part of a condition build, and many of them with equal ability. However, condition builds work by outlasting the enemy while loading them up with tons of oppressive, tiny cuts, and no class does the "outlast" part better than Necro.

Adding new weapons will only complicate the balancing act of the Revenant. And they won't be good just because they're new. Some of the existing weapons need a buff. Hammer is abysmal. Condi needs clearer access and options. But you don't need a shiny new greatsword because you think your sword is meh (and it is not).
