I think that, out of all the special area passes, the Mistlock Sanctuary is the only one that is really "worth it", due to it being able to drop you back where you originally were. Plus, I find the "flying"/floating in the Sanctuary to be really fun and unique.

Next time, you can just report them for botting; that option is used for suspected botters, "illegal" 3rd party program users (some of which would cause the behavior you described), and afk farmers. If you happen to remember the player's name, and especially if you have any screenshots, you can also send an email to exploits@arena.net explaining what you saw.

The patch that went in tonight says it fixed an issue with discovering the Spearmarshal Inscription. So, hopefully, people will quickly figure out the recipe.

Hm. Then I'm not sure. I haven't gone back to get that achievement myself, so I'm not sure how it's meant to work other than having to do that prerequisite quest.

I think you just misread something. Triumph of Conquests (the achievement in your screenshot) only awards 5 AP. Recitation of the Litany of Deeds awards the Funerary Shoulders.

The letter is delivered via your in-game mail. Make sure you didn't overlook it, and make sure your mailbox isn't full.

Yeah, I had this same problem. I had to go through all of the annoying steps before that instance (talking to all the NPCs in the various camps about the lost city and all that) to be able to access said instance again.

1. The player character will always have Plot Armor and be able to do outlandish feats for reasons.

2. We're using a weapon powered up by Balthazar himself.

3. We're teamed up with a dragon, syncing up to use her powerful attack throughout the last fight.

4. Balthazar isn't at full God Power.

It's very fair, and I say that as someone who doesn't have enough gold to pay for the mount. It's not required content, and the other mounts work just fine. So, it's fine.

Yeah, I saw it pop up once a couple of days ago, after several hours of waiting. Its timer is really long. :\

Ahh. The Haresfoot Herb is a side-quest item you're told to pick up after taking a supply item to an NPC (one of the little side-quest chains you're given by a mount vendor after unlocking a mount). So, I think it's only meant to be harvestable if you've met that requirement, which would explain why you get Ruined Fibers if you gather it outside of those parameters. Now, if someone is on that step and is getting Ruined Fibers from that node, then that definitely sounds like a bug.

My guild has Gilded Hollow, and we're able to use mounts in there.

Hours of the day won't matter in server population. A Full server remains full until people transfer to another server, which doesn't happen too often. As Inculpatus suggested above, checking after weekly wvw resets is going to be your best bet as that will be when people/guilds might decide to switch to another server.

Yes, you have to redo them if you want to buy something from the vendor.

Yeah, one of my demo characters still exists on the API. The other three I made are gone, but the one I made for the August 31st stress test (which is the character I reused for the Sept. 7th one) is still there.

It took me quite a while to find that one, too. It's on a ledge between ground level and the racing platforms up above.

Yup, I tried setting it to August 31st, about 10 minutes after the time I created the character. No dice. I then switched to Sept. 7th about 12:30PM my time (about 30 minutes into the stress test). Still no dice. The loading screen background and music changed both times, so I know it was working at least somewhat. But no demo slots appeared, and only my usual 14 characters were there.

Changing my computer's date/time didn't bring up the demo character slots when I relaunched the game. So, either I did something wrong, or that method doesn't work now.

So, are we going to let Humans, Asura, Norn, and Sylvari also run as fast as a mount? Because, if not, that kind of gives Charr an advantage over the other races, which doesn't seem like something Anet is keen on doing.

I would love to see new dungeons. But I do not think they should be placed as "high priority". So, I can't vote either way, based on the two options given.
