Those are certainly common problems, including for me. It's super fun when enemy AOE fields don't show up right until it's too late, too.

  2. My older son (9 years-old) loves watching me do jumping puzzles. His favorites are the Wintersday and Clocktower JPs. He doesn't do this anymore, but he used to get SO into watching me do them that he'd hop/jump anytime my character did. It could get distracting, but it was also adorable. He also cheers along with the gingerbread men at the end of the Wintersday JP.

Congrats on the wife being in labor thing! And yes, ascended gear has a low drop rate. Doing the T4 fractal dailies every day is the best way to get ascended gear as drops, I believe.

    > After wardrobe system was introduced all skins went there. I remember having all Arah armor skins (light/medium/heavy), CoF skins... before fractals came out I had them all. Now I need to farm them again becouse they are not in the wardrobe... it's just an example I bought many skins from the gem shop that I don't have now :(

If you didn't have the skins on your characters (or had the skin as one of the two most recent transmog skins for an item) or in your bank at the time of the Wardrobe change, then you won't be able to get them replaced. So, while you got those dungeon skins before the Wardrobe system went in, if you didn't have those skins sitting in your bank or on a character when it went in, they effectively don't exist on your account. Support isn't likely to apply them to your account, either. However, they may make an exception for launch items or special items, such as the baseball cap or the logo shirt. Your best bet is to do as Ashantara suggested and update your support ticket, letting them know you're still waiting for a response.

That's for the non-gem store one. As it says at the top of the page you linked: "The Level-80 Boost is an item awarded to players who purchase Guild Wars 2 expansions." That version of the boost is the one that comes with the free shared inventory slot. The page for the ticket (the gem store item) says "This ticket requires an empty Shared Inventory Slot to use."
