Yeah they probably overlooked that ogres and the 4 events are in a core map so you can complete those quests. DaFishBob.6518 Posted December 3, 2020 Share Posted December 3, 2020 I think they're just going let the event run its course as currently implemented and then have the permanent vendor do the conversion just like with the crystal bloom marks. Core only accounts could hold on to the Ebon vanguard marks until they finally purchase the expansion pack and access to the Champions story.
