Luck cap removed or buggy?

the wiki says ( https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Luck ) yellow bar turns green after reach 300%.

 

can't print now, but mine is 304% and showing luck counter as 17240/30000...

 

its just a lazy UI bug or whatsover?

You can earn over 300 from AP bonuses. The base max is still 300, but currently you can earn up to another 26% from AP.

You might have amulet enrichment, food, etc. without realising it? There's also account-wide MF bonuses from achievements.

Float your mouse over the Luck % in the Achievement panel and it should give you a breakdown of how much of the 304% is from luck and how much is from AP.

Just to clear things out, the magic find you see on your achievement panel shows the **permanent** amount of magic find you have accountwide (Luck + achievements). Like people mentioned already, hovering on the magic find bar shows how much from both you've gotten so far.

 

If you want to see the total amount of magic find your character has at that moment you see it on the hero's panel on the equipment window on the bottom part where the stats are displayed, this magic find displays permanent magic find + other temporal magic find you get through food, utility items, runes, enrichements, boosters and other event bonuses.
