Agreed, they would need to 500% fix it to work. Which sadly I don't see happening without making it glitchy. The issue is everything being above or below you making hitting things difficult, the underwater just overall aren't as good as ground, tons of skills don't even work and there will never be a true fix as it's ground targeted for a lot of things.
