The whole portal theme reminds me so much of how Gilgamesh fights in the Fate saga, especially the Citadel bombardment and all the shortbow spells [ "https://youtu.be/IWrvs5UYoWc?t=55") Did someone else have the same feeling when discovering this spec or am I really a disgusting weeab..? That idea is also based on previous things, and so on. Renegade doesn't need to be based in Gilgamesh form FATE, because it could be based on any D&D mystic archer, on Portal, Darkstalkers, Zeus or even in the Tyrian lore itself... What is a weeab? And Fate doesn't even references japan culture as a main theme. Gilgamesh, spears, portals, fighting, other realms, bows and most other cultural and fantastic references implied in the postulate have zero dependence on japan culture.
