Similar, for sylvari, it's sylvari, sylvari, and sylvari (sometimes sylvan). For charr, it's charr, charr, and charr (missed opportunity for it to be charred). For norn, it's norn, norn, and norn (missed opportunity for it to be nornic akin to nordic). For humans, it's human, humans, and human. In fact, a **LOT** of ArenaNet-original race names have the same singular and plural forms.
