RALLY in pvp needs remove while down state with rezzing and finishing should stay

In 1v2 situations there are builds that can rez faster than you can cleave. Tempest, scrapper, firebrand, and blood necro in a 1v2 basically means you're not going to be able to stomp or cleave in time.

Finally some intersting ideas but i think it would fit more to have safe stomps traits like engi elixir s or mistform for ele proc on stomp instead of fast stomp but it can be one of options still.

If there is 2 downs on each side and support comes and you are thief for example, he should have upper hand rezzing since support lacks mobility and its all about outrotating them and thats healthy but yes revive speed should be toned down its over the top aswell but it needs to be since there is powercreep meta with huge cleave ( thats why some rezzes feel unbalanced in 2 vs 2 scenarios when you have 2 downs but its issue with both powercreep and too strong rezzes even though thief now have unblockable interupt with instant steal utility to stealboons). Powercreep is toned down now if rally gets deleted mobility won t be that big issue and rezzes along with downstate skills should get revisited in same time when rally is removed.

While I would love to see rally go to add value in skills that resurrects, you gotta remember that Poison is a thing and can stop short anything about ressing or skills, so either they fix ressing with skills to be consistent or it just stays the way it is to create random snowballs.

It shouldnt be that an whole team can rally cuz of one person dying. Same with 50-50 fights in wvw, where one single person dies.

 

Rally should be an pve-thing only OR all classes should get more skills that finish in downstead

(for example: Revenant Sword 5 "[Deathstrike](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Deathstrike)" #Deliver a devastating blow# ... nothing there is connected to "death" or "devastating")

Can t believe such a thing as rally exist still in game and its not talked about yet by devs. They said they want to remove spam and randomness while rally is mostly random and overall unhealthy mechanics boosting strong proffesions especially mobile ones to have rezz with their cleave on top of mobility to create ez snowball.
