    Yes, a skill that had a lower value set 20% too high was adjusted to make it's higher value set 20% too high. No big deal, not like it's a massive AoE that brings whole fights to a screeching halt or anything... They'll get around to it when they get around to it.

    Exactly. You can use _anything_ in open world.

    True Shot should NOT be outshone by a rangers autoattack... If balance requires it to be so, the balance is wrong. Nerf dragonhunter traps instead if needs be.

    You're right, it doesn't compare.

    No one would have even known if the thief hadn't published and it took all day to do.

    Meteor shower being instant death has much more significant repercussions.

    That's false.

    I've been using binding blade to track stealthers since I figured out it worked that way on day 3 of head start. I've also seen most other guardian players be unaware of the possibility to present day.
