    OP you're trying to treat a symptom, it makes sense to clump up in GW2 because of the AoE cap. It allows the blob to share damage amongst the whole group, the larger the clump the less likelihood any one player will get struck twice. It's a major flaw of the game.

     

    And how would Anet even go about _forcing_ commander presence, random chance? The entire concept of this thread is ludicrous.

    You didn't mention swt in your first post but so be it.

    It's faster to eliminate that treb from the arena with a ballista.

    That was about you giving hairbrained build advice to new players about a class you hadn't even played. I don't forget, apparently you do. I also recall you advocating no endure pain on warrior.. A veritible wellspring of bad ideas and common knowledge.

    An AC by the trebs counters your AC below in addition to player skills which can hit it, the ballista is successful more often. Also 5 year old knowledge.

    Pfft watch a video about who made your phone. I want to see what a PvE-less rpg looks like. Jacobs record isn't perfect, but he doesn't make WoW clones. That alone is a long overdue step for the whole genre.

    No leveling process, right into the action. Same with crowfall.

    The month wasted leveling has always been what held me back from New titles.

    Why not give it a whirl?
