I actually hope the next thief spec gets an off hand. I also love scourge which got an off hand so... I only care if the spec is interesting and unique.

Well here's one way too look at it, after his fall the ensuing coverup probably didn't leave traces of most of his statues so the ones we -do- see likely weren't found at the time at all. The ones in Orr were at the bottom of the sea etc.

Oh didn't realize you can do that, it's inconsistent about what containers let you.

I just want to know what the heck even drops from the boxes.

Plague doctor is great for WvW firebrands.

Maybe a new combo if it has a new one at all.
-
Might be getting it mixed up with the Dragons blood weapons which have exotic and ascended versions.

You're right, the new one actually looks good.
-
Well it looks leagues better than the giant gaudy paddle that is the gen 1 GS, not sure I use them enough to make it though.
-
Charr seem the most likely for the next one, I wouldn't mind an Asura one. Norn I wouldn't find interesting, to me they're just boring.
-
Jacaranda, rolling devils, white mantle clerics and mesmers... I'd put them all up there. Dust mites, sand lions and scarabs a little less so... Then Iboga, Pocket Raptors and Orr mobs after that.

Thought this thread would be about buffing PoF meta rewards and was disappointed.

It was a tough choice between her, Canach and Rytlock because the three play so well of each other but ultimately picked Taimi because she plays off the commander the best of the three.

Would be perfect as a Halloween skin.

But I guess now that they’ve decided to potentially write her out of the picture I wonder how they’re going to provoke that same emotional response.

As long as the character they kill off is Caithe.

There's also the fact that their knowledge of the inner workings of magic is shown to be better than any other species on Tyria save maybe the dwarves who seem to mainly know so much because of how old they are. Might actually be a good explanation for why Asura doctors are fairly common in the pact, being a physician requires quite a lot of knowledge and Asura seem to have the best education system we've seen.

Koalas and Sloth, living on a very low every diet, are very dumb for a reason...

Asura are very smart based on observed behaviour as well. The low energy underground bit also doesn't really work because of how Tyria works, remember they setup a city near a huge nexus of magic, which is a form of energy. All evidence is just to the contrary of your claims. You've just got a clear and obvious bias.

The ones we see as pirates or any manner of more menial things could be college dropouts, which even then has more possible causes than just not being smart. Maybe they're lazy and didn't apply it properly, maybe they had an accident and were scared off, any number of things can happen. The higher intelligence thing is likely to deal more in averages regardless.

Certainly another possibility, I can't include every reason an Asura might choose to take non scholarly pursuits, honestly they're pretty diverse.

Actually brain size relative to body in real world species has been linked to intelligence. So it's likely that Asura do have a higher base intelligence. There's also the fact that their knowledge of the inner workings of magic is shown to be better than any other species on Tyria save maybe the dwarves who seem to mainly know so much because of how old they are. I'm kind of expecting her to ascend, eat Kralk's magic then go to sleep only for another dragon to wake up. Then a title drop with a hyperbolic statement like "this war is endless/eternal" or something like that. Or Aurene only ends up with half of the magic and gets stuck in some kind of endless loop of fighting Kralkatorric with neither able to truly defeat the other making her come back only to sacrifice herself in a different way.

They're more likely to just introduce a new mount for that.

There's always the possibility that it's another situation like Jahai bluffs with sections of Maguuma, or it's just another exalted city like the buried one in the PoF campaign. What would be an Oasis like area we haven't been to yet?

I had enough statuettes saved to get a couple of gold keys for the skin, got it second try. It's pretty good.

I just love playing a support firebrand, tomes feel nice to use and their heal skill is my favorite in game.

Nope those pictures are indeed of a two handed sword.
Edit: RL two handed swords aren't as big as fantasy ones tend to be.
Will Black Lion Chests be forbidden in the USA?

I really don't understand why some people go so far to defend loot boxes sometimes. Honestly I think there's nothing wrong with being more upfront about stuff being sold. Plenty of games do fine without the need to include loot boxes, I think GW2 would be improved without them.
