Staff -is- mobility based, it's got a charge and a vault.

I know, that's why I used amoral not immoral. He doesn't really take other people into consideration, seems to be how he ended up in the inquest in the first place.

Edit: To clarify, I don't think he'd become an antagonist out of malice but callousness and ignorance to the consequences of his actions if anything.

They did fine with Weaver so I can't say I agree.

  5. Thief shouldn't get great sword because they have two elite spec two handed weapons, not for any balance reasons. Plus single handed weapons are just more interesting on thief by default with their dual wield third skill gimmick.

From Reddit threads, seems like these stack with Hero Banners are well? I find that hard to believe because that's some massive increases if true, but we shall see.

I can confirm that it stacks.

  7. Personally I think that season 5 will deal more with political fallout and tying up loose ends now that there's no immediate dragon threat around. Good chance it will start with some kind of celebration then either somebody crashes it or a messenger arrives with news about some upheaval we need to deal with. That's just speculation though.

  8. Plant and mind just didn't sound twisted enough I imagine, and it also could have been done to highlight the conflicting magics inside of kralk.

Remember how Mordy and Zhaitan's magic is shown in direct conflict, so the facet probably had to warp somewhat to just exist in the presence of Zhaitan's. Mordy's magic came after Zhaitan's was already there too so it makes sense it'd be the one to change.

  9. I actually think Kralkatorric has had the best ED story overall so far, the torment angle is cool and the horrors of branding are pretty well explored like how we fought that branded Djinn who was able to communicate the torment he was in. Mordy's minions... honestly they had the personality of Saturday morning cartoon villain henchmen and so did Zhaitan's...

    > The Pale Tree is important as she is a champion of an Elder Dragon. That's like saying Tequatl or The Great Destroyer aren't important. These are entities that have great influence over the local area. None of the 3 are adverse to increasing their territory and influence either.

You're missing a lot of the context of the statement.

    > The Pale Tree was specifically part of Scarlet's vision, representing her pushing past the barriers that the Pale Tree had placed for the protection of the Sylvari. We see the same thing when we enter Ormadd's machine because we're seeing an echo of what she saw.

Doesn't mean that has anything to do with what Kralk said though.

The pale tree is not that unique or important.

Yet people still do AB, Istan, SW, etc... Saying the map will just be abandoned is quite an exaggeration.

I wouldn't count on it, the meta seems really profitable to farm.
