  3. at first I see that you talk in English, but not understand mind of words. There is no any balance. It is RE-balance. The target it not change something to make it more looks like something another, target change something for make change only. It give some fun. This is no calculator in bank, this is game. And only if you rethink that - nest step discuss about re-balance changes.
  4. Before anonce that Anet say something about Steam I don't knwo what some place called as Steam exist at all. So I can't predict ho many people want use that from existing accounts. And ready that pay or not.

  6. I think there some way to move existing account on Steam. For example it can be coast 100 euro. But now let think how mane people interested that feature ? 5? 10 people? Also some ppl will feel bad, that they need pay for that, no matter have they go on Steam on not. So not any point to make that feature for small count and get negative hype from same 50 people.

  17. fractal meta ? it easy: first breath - no elem, no thief so now we need boons .. alacrity ? so need alac (it can ne Diviner, it can be ) or Seraph(more rare) quickness so we need fb .. it can be hfb, or qfb, who provide boons and dps, but not heal ofc we have take qfb and hsg(heal scourge). or take hfb and not worry it is more and more common way bs ! alwyas, but not in cm100 .. on that cm100 bs should use cdps build and better be cfb dps .. 2 dps left cfb more easiest way. Ofc we have different dps But remember: no weavers !! thief's also not ideal. 1 cfb for chilled ppl 2 p guard (not for cm100) 3 pslb(not for cm100) 4 holo (not for cm100, but can :)) ) 5 mirage only for cm100 others ..
  18. anyway arcdps is fail .. get 5 crash game per one week .. to much .. currently removed. I don't see any reason to panic if arcdps crash himself only, but if main client dgo down too - it smell fail for me.
