The names, at the very least, are heavily influenced by the languages of the British Isles.

  2. I just tried it out on my necro, and it worked fine. I tried it with the normal Meteorologicus skin, and it swapped the sigils and gave me the old one in my inventory. I then transmuted a different skin onto the legendary and tried it again, and it did the same thing. So, this may be affecting you, but it doesn't seem to be happening for everyone.

The phone number looks to just be the general contact phone number for Arenanet Inc. Calling it with a support question would just result in being told to submit a ticket via the support website.

If you need others to convince you of reasons to log in and play, then perhaps it's time to just give the game a break.

The Ascent to Madness door still sends you to the Ascent to Madness instance.

  6. I've always sold back the cultural armor because it couldn't be forged or give anything worthwhile for salvaging. Also, here's a reddit post from 2015 where someone had just discovered it could be sold to a vendor.

It's also noted on the wiki: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Cultural_armor#WvW_vendor

"^ Note that you get back 1/8 of the non-WvW gold cost (i.e. 1/4 of the WvW gold cost), making the WvW armor an even better deal. "

And there's even some note of it on the Talk page for Cultural Armor from when they added the WvW cultural armor vendor: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Talk:Cultural_armor#New_WvW_Vendors

As long as you politely and clearly explain your problem and timely reply to their responses, they will work with you until the issue is resolved (or it's deemed impossible or inappropriate to fix, but they will tell you so and why). I've only needed their help a handful of times over the years but have found each and every time to be stellar.

    > Gimme a break, in 2 years have contacted support several times.. NEVER ever got any reply .. like OP says in WoW it's a whole different ball game (have not played in 6 yrs) my account got hacked once, and within 2 days I got everything back and the person that hacked it was perma banned... Anet is not even in the same league as Blizzard.

If you never got any reply at all from multiple tickets, then it seems likely that you either submitted an in-game bug report instead of a support ticket OR had an issue with receiving emails from support (e.g. you put your contact email in wrong on the support ticket or the ticket responses were sent to your spam filter).

  8. I made my Ramona yesterday. Thanks to Chelsea and Nanya for this adorable rabbit and the beautiful story behind its creation. Also, thanks to the person(s) who discovered and shared the recipe. I'll be helping my kids make the mini on their respective accounts, too, so they can also keep the memory and love of Ramona going.

The hands just look like the Lunatic Templar Gauntlets.
