  1. The Emperor achievement requires you to buy one of each piece (head, shoulders, chest, gloves, legs, and boots) per tier; so, for example, buying one leather T3 helm and one cloth T3 helm would only count for one item on the achievement. Did you perhaps buy human T3 pieces from another weight set before today? If so, that could be why two didn't count today.

You can get that chair by going to the Arcane Council instance. Dulfy's guide was made when there was some sort of issue that prevented players from interacting with chairs in certain locations, but the Wiki article for the achievement accurately lists both options.

  3. Hm. I added the Endless Friendship Tonic to my alt account's Novelties the day the change went in, and I could immediately see it listed under Toys in her Novelty tab. However, I added the Endless Friendship Tonic to my main account's Novelties today, and the tonic did NOT show up in any part of her Novelty tab until I relogged. So, maybe try a relog and check it again?

Go to the Priory. Go to one of the grates on the floor in that center room (near the Hero Point) until you see a pop up asking if you want to enter the instance. Once in there, look around for Ely. Talk to Ely to be teleported to Hidden Arcana.

    > Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, creating a new character is an idea I have already experienced in the past, and it has bored me quickly. My intention is to start completely from scratch, and "rediscover" the game from the beginning. Playing with already completed achivements that can alter the gaming experience is not very rewarding. Besides, I have already asked the support to cancel my account (if it was not possible to reset it). But the problem at this point remains just this aspect. A support so slow to provide a simple answer, like the one placed in my ticket, leaves me very puzzled about its reliability. I really hope it's just a period of overcrowding ...

They're not going to agree to wipe your account clean (they might not even be able to do such a thing). If you want to start from step one, you'll need to make a brand new account (a free account would give you what you're wanting, but with the free account restrictions). As for your wait time for your ticket, you've only been waiting two days so far. Try to be patient.

  6. There are only 4 of them, but you have to get to all of them within the set amount of time (you get a buff on your bar when you interact with one, with a countdown of around 2 minutes, I think). Edit: You get an achievement for turning all of them within the time limit.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the chest/shoulders you're using are the Nightmare set, and that set has components that glow. So, any pieces that aren't from that set are always going to look more dull in appearance when compared to the Nightmare pieces.

    > and as is also mentioned above, that is not the problem since the same bug occurred when I used chest piece from the Mistward set. The leggings always lose their original color overtime and become darker shades of the original color.

Gotcha. I can't say I ever had that happen when I was using the Mistward set pieces on my Warriors and/or Guardians. A repair might be worth trying.

  8. I didn't see that NPC when I checked just now. But you can enter the instance without talking to him. One of the grates on the floor will give a "Would you like to continue to The Durmand Priory?" popup when you stand next to it. It's the first grate on the left side (if you're facing the hero point from the hallway).
