Super easy to play, multiple builds, good/decent in every role, welcome in every game mode. Years ago, many played Thief so at that time,Thief was OP and untouchable by nerfs for years. Then they switched their mains to Necro and Scourge was King and untouchable for years in WvW. Arheundel.6451 Posted February 19, 2021 Share Posted February 19, 2021 Reason why guardians and necro are a Favourite among the playerbase : **AoE, AoE and more AoE** and more importantly **instant cast PBAoE**, basically the professions with the quickest activation on skills, the most access to AoE will be always a must for most players. Both super easy to play, no combos to learn - just press 1-2 buttons for amazing damage , multiple builds across all 3 specializations, best professions in WvW- easy bronze to platinum1 professions requiring close to zero PvP knowledge: just run/zerg to the point pressing buttons off CD and you have easy to access sustain at that level Extremely effective for the effort required and by contrast takes more effort to fight against them than playing one....and people still wonder why you see multiple iterations of any of these 2 professions in multiple gamemodes...
