Philkafou.7481 Posted December 21, 2018 Share Posted December 21, 2018 Happy Holidays , i know this is a low priority suggestion but Rodgort is the most underwhelming legendary in terms of draw animations, footfalls and auras. This is perhaps the greatest disparity between gen 1 and gen 2 legendary where the gen 2 is literally an assblast of effects. There are more legendary weapons that fit this claim such as Howler. But yeah anyway look into it if you want, but Rodgort is simply underwhelming as it is now and its a shame because the model is one of the coolest in the game. The problem is torches don't offer much opportunity in the way of animations. But sure, improve it. Know what else is depressing? That the howler's mist aura got copied by the gen 2 warhorn and dagger with better, more noticeable mist effects and even better footfalls. A bunch of gen 1 legendaries are really unfinished, just like with meteorologicus having no aura and really half assed footfalls that are a worse version of Bolt's. It'd be nice if rodgort didn't end on a stick but rather was a dragon who has a long body from which the bottom half is wrapped around your arm maybe? What would have been really neat was if it were like the new scepter's dragon where when you equip it it's a dragon flying in the air (keeping the same head shape look) and it's projectile animations is actual fireballs being spit out of it's mouth but that's a lot of never gonna happen.
