blp.3489
On sigils that activate on interrupt, does that mean just using a skill that can interrupt or does the target have to be in the middle of a skill that you actually interrupt?

Tanner Blackfeather.6509
I *think* they made them trigger when attacking a mob with a breakbar too, but I'm not 100% sure.
HnRkLnXqZ.1870
The on interrupt sigils work when using a CC skill on a target. It does not matter if the target is doing anything at the moment or not. Even if you attack a target and aggro it with the CC skill (e. g. Scrapper with Thunderclap), the sigil still triggers. This works on all targets, also on NPCs with a breakbar. If the breakbar is grey or red, the sigil still works. At least that is how it works in PvE. I use the celerity sigil a lot at the moment and I use my CC skills to aggro NPCs all the time.
Makuragee.3058
So if I hit a Boss with a grey break bar, the sigil of celerity will give me the 5 sec of quickness (if not on internal cooldown)? Im very confuse about the disable thing on break bar.

Im very confuse about the disable thing on break bar. Break bar is irrelevant for celerity because celerity's has its own CD and it is much longer than the breakbar CD anyway. Celerity only needs disable not interrupt. Those are different things. You still need to actually hit it with a disabling skill(various CCs plus fear and taunt).
