Condi guard isn't new, I've been playing variants of it since launch.. And I have videos of myself destroying 5 people at a time with it, and topping dps charts when baddies reflect themselves (and their allies thanks to permeating wrath) to death.

    But it's a baddie killer.

    There's lots of baddie killers.

There's lots of builds that look great... Sometimes.

And the big sometimes here is what you've given up in exchange for some nuisance burn ticks.

70% majorities being nearly impossible to obtain in a large group.

Even changing the Constitution only requires 60%..

The whole voting affair was a clown show

Partaining to the OP: not worth discussing. Anet has made it clear in the past changing maps takes a lot of work and requires shutting the game down.. It'll never happen

But sometimes the wizard might have considered spending a _little_ less time catching a buzz with the hobbits.. One never knows when one's coworker will suddenly switch sides and start serving the dark one after all.

Good thing is that many servers dont know how to control downs so you can survive (and usually rally/vapor form) for a second even if there's 20 people on top of you.

    > You can down multiple people with a good burst from one person as well, just like you can revive faster with multiple people.

So there's no invulnerable and +1's aren't allowed in spvp?

Pfft I'm betting it gets a release date once he's back down to a years' payroll, after the fresh infusion he'll get from whispering the word "beta 2"..... But who can guess how much Mark raked in from his July "beta" announcement last year? xD

Scouts/roamers/havoc don't have this issue. People standing idle do.

    > Shouldn't you not care anyway cause you are only here for the fights and well past the need for any of this?

I care about _everything_ that consumes dev time.

    > I'm talking for folks not 2K plus rank already, but still trying to enjoy the mode and get more people in.

Ranks have zero to do with participation.

The real issue here is me not being able to sell them a gift of battle, which I'd love to. That'd end the participation problems in a second.
