Other: Make the game itself more resilient to botting, hacking and trolling. Otherwise they just come back with new accounts and new IP addresses. Also, the earlier ban waves also hit some innocent players, so this is always something to be careful with.

There. That was a terrible struggle but I got it.  Some of my experiences for anyone who likes to achieve the same as lower ranked player: * It is easy to get teams, just use LFG and join a group that is accepting to all players. * As silver-3 skilled player I get less than one win per tournament. I guess my amount of wins is around .7 to .8 per tournament. This means that you can get 2 or 3 tournaments with 0 wins in a row if you're unlucky and then two wins per tourney. So, it will take roughly 30 tourneys to win, depending a lot on luck and your skill level. * If you can, disable your emotions. It will be a hard grind and you will be matched against full platinum teams against which you will have absolutely 0 chance to win. Be prepared to lose a lot. And be happy with every win. * Stay until the end. If you get a few terrible matches, this does not mean that all of the matches have to be this way. I had a double win after a double loss in the same tourney. * Expect some player misconduct being used in your favor and against you. You may get players who sabotage your team by being idle, players who rage quit after a terrible match, trolls who choose to join your party and then choose not to click ready and if you're lucky you get a full enemy team of terrible bots. Overall you will lose more due to player misconduct than you gain. Report and follow the rules. * You will get a match skip (bye) from time to time. These do not count as wins for the emblem but do count as win in the tournament. Live to Win and may the Six be with you and your character. Now I can try the same with my second account. :s

Please consider installing Windows. Mac has never been the best choice for gaming. Yes, mac has many aspects in which it is far better than MS Windows, but being a great gaming platform is not one of them. And never was.

Difficult one. 1. I think that new PvE content is the most important. That is where most players buy expansions for. New maps, achievements rewards, meta events etc. 2. A personal wish for me is some decent new end-game rewards for AP and titles and player housing. This could be combined with something like a account bound player housing with a museum like the Hall of Monuments in GW1 3. Game and rendering engine upgrades would be very welcome. DirectX 11/12/Vulkan support and better multi core support would give some welcome performance boots. 4. WvW could use some love. The alliance system is overdue for release and some new rewards would be very welcome.

I can't ping them on IPv4 either. And I'm in GW2 now without problems. Maybe the server or network administrator disabled pinging these hosts.

17/20 now. Slowly but steady progressing with slightly less than one win per tourney. Plat teams totally butcher us but some other tourneys we manage to get 1 or 2 wins.

Is there a way to get back in tournament after a party member refuses to click ready?

Hm, I was in a tournament and after two matches, the tournament seems to have stopped. The click ready dialog stood open forever with one tickbox empty and now nothing. No match and no reward. What now? Well, nothing happened. Going to queue for the next one.

These are anti-aliasing modes. Native will render the game in the resolution you set the game to. (faster) Super-sampling will render the game in a higher resolution and then downsample it to the resolution your game runs in. This eliminates jagged edges but at quite a performance penalty. Most users will run in native mode for best performance.

Windows 10 has several colorblind modes and I heard it also works in games. If it does not work, try windowed fullscreen mode. And as a side note: Special glasses exist that can help some but not all people with color blindness to see near-full color again. (Colorblind people experiencing full color vision for the first time)

Also, as this will be your first time in Heart of Thorns, please be prepared for this. ;) It's probably not as bad as it was back then, but still. Be aware that the difficulty is a bit higher here than in the base game. In contrast, Path of Fire will be a bit easier. (Difficulty level of PoF is between the base game and HoT)

Yeah, I know my skill level is a limiting factor here, but there is no fixing in that. Imo it is a bit unfortunate that tournament is a requirement for Transcendence because if it was not I would not even have bothered with the tournaments. But it is what it is, it will be a grind but I plan on completing it. It will take me around 30 to 40 tournaments this way. Ah well. 35% done.

Asking about the unmastered Skyscale. They're different. Skyscale is a bit slower to get on top of things but each has it's unique features. Sometimes skyscale is wonderful because it can grab to cliffs to give you an extra push up. You cannot go wrong with either of them. The big advantage of the skyscale is that there are quite some puzzles and open world achievements that requires you to use a skyscale.

Getting in tournament is not so hard but getting any wins with a silver ranked team is. I entered eight tournaments, of which more than half of them resulted in all losing matches. I'm at 4/20 now. I wish this would be a little more accessible to lower skilled teams. Being paired against a team of platinums and losing with 5 against 500 is a bit discouraging. It would be nice if there were more options to progress the Emblem of Tournament victory in a more level playing field. It will be a long hard grind this way. Edit: 25% (5/20)

Well, if you call a glorified glider a glider that can jump run and glide -- yes. And this ignores the advanced diving manoeuvres that are possible with griff as well.

I prefer the griffon over the skyscale almost anytime. It is quick and the most versatile. It can quickly hop on obstacles and hills and glide from point to point.

For players; Achievements and AP mainly. For ArenaNet: Gives players something to do while they make the expansion set.
