Quickness is really good for solo reapers in pve, it needs to stay.

I switch legends frequently myself. Ive managed to kill some champions with no mobs around, but my rev generally goes down when theres mobs present. Just dont have the sustain for it.

Problem is that its just a shot time of invulnerability, then you have a long period where you are papermache. And the shiro 'heal' is not terribly good in a pinch.

I dont know why any of you didnt see it comming, when gliders made it to wvw, it was only a question of mounts doing it too.. simpy incentives to buy the expacks to be competitive. Nothing more, nothing less.

I am impressed then, I find the survivability really bad.

Herald indestructible? The invulnerability only last for a preciously short time, and dodges only does so much before you are out of stamina. They just do not have staying power.

thing is that i went to the pvp lobby to try out an upscaled level 1 to 80 to get a feel for it. But that part did not make sense to me.

I am trying to check out mirages in the pvp lobby to see if I can get a feel for the class. But one thing is vexing me. Looking at the rotation guide it says to shatter twice during lingering thoughts in a shatter rotation? how is that possible? since one use breaks all your clones.

playing a reaper and a heraldnant in open pve is like night and day. Reaper outclassing revs in performance and survivaility. Resigned my herald to be a hammerer in wvw, at least there he is useful.

More interested in WvW too after trying it out. My heraldnant is far more useful there as a hammerthrower, whereas he is laughed at in pve. Ground out x4 gifts of battle and the warclaw with the active wvw buff before taking a break.

mastery points is one time only unlocks.

Pvers already got the beetle. And cores only does not deserve a mount, if they want one they need to buy pof.

OP, you are crazy. Gw2 would sink utterly in money value for anet, the last thing they neeed right now.

Would guardians be wanted as DPS now at all? or relegated to support builds.

plenty of skills works like that, its nothing special. You just need to be careful

guardian is the superior choice. And anet seems to ignore the mechanical issues inherent to the revenant class.

Agreed, I never said it was good mechanics wise, but they clearly wanted to encourage people to use OH sword over OH axe. But yeah, they seem in love with the clunky mechanics of the class, unfortunately.

Suffer! seems to be the easiest source of additional chill to ensure more reliable uptime yes? Plus it helps with getting rid of conditions.

Before the change OH sword was considered terrible for pve and noone ran it there. All going axe for the unreliable teleport. Shiro was themed as two swords, so it always felt wrong that OH sword was so bad for power rev.
